Former athlete turned mom & personal trainer.

After the birth of my daughter during covid, I knew I had to do something different with my life. Unhappy in my corporate gig, and woefully unprepared for what returning to vigorous exercise postpartum would be like, I started a journey to become an expert in helping women get back to movement after time away, specifically postpartum.

Unsatisfied with the “bounceback” mentality, I take a person-centred, sustainable approach that works with your current life stressors and availability.

Everything I do builds on my core values:

Gratitude

Our bodies are incredible and can do amazing things. I want to celebrate all that they can and do. We only have one body to live in. I believe in making peace with it and letting it take you to amazing new places.

Curiosity

You don’t know what you’re capable of until you try. Usually we can do a whole lot more than we give ourselves credit for. Approach movement with a beginners eye - get curious!

Joy

If your exercise isn't bringing you joy, it won't be sustainable. I want you to enjoy our work together, which means being open to feedback when things feel like a slog or you need a change.
