Mauvement is my community where we get back to moving in a fun, empowering and sustainable way. My signature programs provide a custom program designed specifically for you. Whether you need 1:1 support, or feel comfortable going it alone and just want to clear directions forward, I’ve got you. All of my programs start with an assessment so I can build a program specifically for YOU based on your goals, exercise history and the time you have available each week (even if it’s only 2-3 hours throughout the week). We can work together in person, either at your home or at Training Lane, a boutique gym in Corktown, Ferris360 in Midtown or we can meet virtually. (Thanks COVID for making us all proficient at working online).
