What’s inside
Private App Access
All your workouts are delivered through a private app. Each exercise has videos and a follow along workout option. Keep track of your progress, message your coach and upload videos for feedback!

Live Community Calls
Participate in bi weekly group calls with the entire community, where Jess will explore fitness, stress management, and recovery topics. These calls are also a chance to connect, share wins, and celebrate progress together.

Nope. Every week you’ll see workouts programmed for you in your app. You can do them any day or time that works for your schedule.

To start out, you can definitely do these workouts at home if you have minimal equipment. As you progress and build your strength, having access to a wider range of weights will improve your progress, but it’s not strictly necessary.

The workouts are designed to make use of Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and bands. If you don’t have access to Kettlebells, DBs can be substituted.

Every other week Jess will host a live community call. She’ll talk on a relevant movement or stress & recovery topic for half the call. The second half is an open floor for members to share their wins, support each other and overcome roadblocks.

Life happens! We’re all going to miss workouts from time to time. That’s expected, you can simply jump back in to your program as is, or go back and complete missed workouts.

Absolutely! The beauty of strength training is you can start where you’re at. if you haven’t worked out in a while (or ever), you’ll start nice and light and gradually progress as the weeks go by.
